Customer Care Team Leader
Responsibilities
- To ensure that the business we are underwriting is consistent with our target segments.
- Update our vehicle database, coverage and pricing is both competitive and profitable and that product and price changes are implemented in a timely way.
- To ensure the business we are underwriting through different channels is consistent with our targets and that we are managing channel risks.
- Conduct the risk management policies and procedures to ensure they are tracked and are having the right impact.
- Proactively addressing adverse development of our loss ratio and claims frequency.
- Work closely with;
- Marketing on target marketing strategies and offers in terms of products, coverage and price.
- Business Intelligence, as a primary client of our data and reporting.
- Claims in terms of claims analysis linking back to Underwriting’s objectives.
- IT on change requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary or any related fields
- Minimum 3 years’ Motor Insurance experience in Underwriting, Claims, Sales Function or experience in Finance and Banking (BI function).
- 2-5 years’ experience in Statistical, Underwriting or Pricing will benefit.
- Excellent English communication skill, including writing, speaking, listening and reading.
- Good computer literacy with logical & numeric thinking
- Excellent in Excel would be an advantage
- Strong strategic and marketing mind-set
