“My Favorite Workshop Award” is the campaign by Direct Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which known as the first online car insurance company in Thailand that offer the innovative approach to creating impression and benefits for their beloved customers.
Recently, Mr. Edip Okur, the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd., together with Mr. Sitthiwat Promyotin, Claim Customer Service Manager and Ms. Chonthicha Sangpan, Head of Marketing had traveled to present the award to 2 well-qualified garages that have been voted with the highest scores from their customers after services back in 2016. The first winner was Chaiyont Bangna Garage, which represented by Mr.Metha Yaemchuanjitnukul Managing Director of Chaiyon Bangna Garage Limited Partnership who received the award in “Best Quality Service” category.
The second winner was Toyota Nonthaburi Pakkred, which represented by Mr. Jumpon Suwattanapong, Executive Vice President of Toyota Nonthaburi Toyota’s Dealer Co., Ltd. (Branch Pakkred) who received the award in “Best Quality Repair” category.
Mr. Edip Okur, the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd., added: “In 2016, we started the “My Favorite Workshop Award” campaign for the first time. Our aim was to reward our customers, which later became the very successful campaign and being well-received nationwide.
