DirectAsia Thailand keeps building stronger relationship with garages or service centers across Thailand to continue challenging the best workshop experience through the "MY FAVOURITE WORKSHOP 2016" Round 2 that recognises leading garages or service centers nationwide through positive customer feedback and seeks to engage with them to benchmark service quality against general standards. With great cooperative feedback from customers, the winner for round 2 has been concluded.
The second winner goes to Toyota Body Service (Toyota Body Service Co., Ltd.). Recently Mr. Edip Okur, the Chief Executive Officer of DirectAsia Thailand, Ms. Chonthicha Sangpan, Head of Marketing, and Mr. Suwit Boonsanong, Claim Customer Service Assistant presented the award to Mr. Vichai Aroonsirikul, General Manager of Toyota Body Service, with the presence of Mr.Chaipichit Surayothin, Body & Paint Service Section, and Mr.Surbpong Rungiaturont, Customer Relation & Marketing Section at Toyota Body Service. The award is an acknowledgement and a guarantee that Toyota Body Service Co., Ltd. demonstrates excellence in Quality of Repair, Quality of Service and Speed of repair.
Round 3 now started from 1 September 2016 - 30 November 2016, and the result will be announced in December 2016. All garages will be rated by their customers after each of the services following three key criteria subject to 1) repair quality, 2) repair speed, and 3) service quality of the staff. The garage that recieved the highest score will be awarded a trophy "MY FAVOURITE WORKSHOP", a commemorative certificate and cash prizes.
