DirectAsia Thailand confirmed for its commitment to enhancing the quality of service to the advanced service standard under the project "MY FAVORITE WORKSHOP 2016" , which aims to award the outstanding dealer garages and workshops across Thailand that won highest votes from DirectAsia Thailand’s customers.
For the first round of 2016, Toyota Nonthaburi Bangbuathong Branch has won "MY FAVORITE WORKSHOP 2016". In recognition of this achievement, Mr. Edip Okur, the Chief Executive Officer of DirectAsia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (4th from the right), together with Ms. Chonthicha Sangpan, Head of Marketing (3rd from the left), and Mr. Suwit Boonsanong, Assistant Claim Manager (3rd from the right) recently presented the award to Mr. Jumpon Suwattanapong, Executive Vice President of Toyota Nonthaburi Toyota’s Dealer Co., Ltd. (4th from the left ), with the presence of a group of executives including Mr. Somporn Unatrakan, Assistant Director Service Division (2nd from the left ), and Mr. Nopphadol Panadseranee, Body and Paint Service Manager (1st from the left ), to honour the workshop excellence for its repair quality, service quality and speed of repair, at Toyota Nonthaburi Toyota’s Dealer Co., Ltd. Bangbuathong Branch.
DirectAsia Thailand is pleased to invite the garages and workshops throughout Thailand to join the mission to set new standard in the next two rounds later this year. The dealer garages and workshops participating in the project will be rated by customers by their satisfaction after the repair work under three specific criteria based on 1) repair quality, 2) repair speed, and 3) service quality of the staff. The dealer garage or workshop that receives the highest score will be awarded with a trophy “MY FAVORITE WORKSHOP”, a commemorative certificate and cash prizes.
