DirectAsia Thailand is firmed for its commitment to enhancing the quality of service to the advanced standard under the project "MY FAVORITE WORKSHOP" , which aims to award the outstanding garage or dealer garages across Thailand that won highest votes from DirectAsia Thailand’s customers.

Garage Awards
 

The award is held 3 rounds in each year. DirectAsia’s customers are requested to rate satisfaction after each repair, under these 3 award categories

  1. Best Quality Repair
  2. Best Speed of Repair
  3. Best Quality Service
  4. The Excellence Award for the garage that receives the highest score in all category within 1 round or win awards in same category for 3 consecutive rounds

Mr. Edip Okur, the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd., together with Mr. Sitthiwat Promyotin, Claim Customer Service Manager and Ms. Chonthicha Sangpan, Head of Marketing had traveled to present the award to 2 well-qualified garages that have been voted with the highest scores from their customers after services back in 2016. The second winner was Toyota Nonthaburi Pakkred, which represented by M Mr. Jumpon Suwattanapong, Executive Vice President of Toyota Nonthaburi Toyota’s Dealer Co., Ltd. (Branch Pakkred) who received the award in “Best Quality Repair” category.

Recently Mr. Edip Okur, the Chief Executive Officer of DirectAsia Thailand, Ms. Chonthicha Sangpan, Head of Marketing, and Mr. Suwit Boonsanong, Claim Customer Service Assistant presented the award to Mr. Vichai Aroonsirikul, General Manager of Toyota Body Service, with the presence of Mr.Chaipichit Surayothin, Body & Paint Service Section, and Mr.Surbpong Rungiaturont, Customer Relation & Marketing Section at Toyota Body Service.
